Return Eligibility Criteria
We will consider returns under the following circumstances:
Wrong Item
In case your order does not match your confirmed one, we will provide you with the right item at no extra charge.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing fault, let us know about that and we will take the necessary steps to solve the situation.
Unopened Standard Items
If you reconsider your decision, but still have not installed the cladding, you can be eligible to get your money back on unopened items.
Cladding Products Not Covered by Return Policy
Return or exchange requests cannot be entertained in case of:
- Customized wall cladding created based on your requirements or dimensions.
- Discounted and clearance items, except if they are defective or delivered wrong.
- Products that have been installed, modified, or used upon receipt.
Process of Returning Products
Upon evaluation, we will inform you of what action needs to be done, which may include exchanging or refunding the purchase. In making a return or exchange request:
- Notify our customer support about your order information.
- Provide photos or videos of the goods if damaged or wrong.
Timeline of Processing
Requests for returns or refunds are usually evaluated within 7 to 14 business days. Replacements are also processed as soon as possible, contingent upon the availability of the materials. In case of error on our part, we will pay for the replacement and/or delivery expenses incurred.
In case of return due to personal choice, transportation and handling fees can be subtracted from the refund amount based on the situation.
