• Cladding material selected and quantity of the materials.
• Dimensions of walls and installation complexity.
• Condition and accessibility of the site.
• Availability of the materials.

The projects will be scheduled upon approval of quotations and confirmation of orders. The payments should be made strictly in accordance with the terms stated on the invoice or quotation. The customer should make sure that there is safe and unambiguous site access prior to installation. There could be extra charges or delays in the project resulting from any of the following reasons:

Incorrect measurement, alteration of site, restricted access, unexpected structural conditions, or client’s request for changes midway during the project.

We shall not be held liable for any delay arising from causes beyond our reasonable control, such as shortage of materials, transport problems, bad weather, utility problems, and other site-related conditions. We shall not be liable for any project beyond the cost of all our products and services for the said project.
